Measure around the base of your neck without pulling the tape tight.
Measure across your back from one shoulder point to the other.
Measure around the fullest part of your bust, keeping the tape level.
Measure around your natural waist without holding your breath.
Measure around the fullest part of your hips and seat.
Enter your total height in inches. For example, 5 ft 6 in = 66 inches.
Stand straight. Measure from the top of your shoulder beside your neck, over the bust, down to the floor. Ask someone to help.
